The Sad American Diet, The Standard American Diet (SAD) has long been implicated in contributing to the health challenges experienced in the United States. Significant changes to the SAD have occurred since the 1950s, including a greater abundance and accessibility to calorie-dense and nutrient-poor food and beverage choices. The imbalance of present consumption patterns to diet and nutrition recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans needs to be addressed. The truth will set us free. This is not a diet; it's a lifestyle.
There's good news!
The American diet has been weaponized for mass destruction. Here's the great news: some folks truly enjoy teaching and educating to set people free in this area. I am one of them; we need not learn healthy habits from a short TikTok or an Instagram reel. These platforms can be helpful, but this is not where we build a foundation to learn and cultivate healthy eating choices. For far too long we have been destroying our earthy temple "body" instead of learning to honor it. Feed it life so we can walk in abundance and freedom.
I provide one on one sessions, group gatherings, or speaking engagements. For the one on one sessions, it is personalized for each individual. My education is with breaking addictions with food and or teaching basic fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle.
